PT Insera Sena adalah perusahaan manufaktur sepeda cukup terkenal dengan merk Polygon. Perusahaan ini didirkan oleh Soejanto Widjaja yang lulus dari Teknik Industri Institut Teknologi Bandung pada tahun 1987. Beliau membangun perusahaan tersebut karena ingin meneruskan usaha keluarga yang meneukni di bidang distribusi sepeda sejak lama.
Insera adalah kepanjangan dari Industri Sepeda Surabaya, sementara Sena adalah nama tokoh wayang yang cukup terkenal di Jawa Timur yang menggambarkan kekuatan, sesuai dengan visi perusahaan yang ingin membangun sepeda dengan kualitas global dan siap bersaing di pasar internasional.
PT Insera Sena memproduksi berbagai jenis sepeda mulai dari city bikes, trekking, MTB (Mountain Bikes), full suspension bikes, hard-trail bikes, downhill, BMX, dan lain-lain. Presentase produksi secara mayoritas adalah 65 persen untuk MTB. Produk-produk dari PT Insera Sena terus diekspor ke berbagai negara hingga sekarang.
PT Insera Sena berkantor pusat serta mengoperasikan pabrik di Jl Jawa No. 393, Binangun, Kecamatan Buduran, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Saat ini penjualan Polygon telah tersebar di 650 mitra outlet.

1. Product Spesification Team
Product specification aim to support the team in creating specifications for bicycle, as well as facilitating communication bridge the market, distributor and customers to the regional and global offices when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
- Able to communicate well, listen, and provide workable solutions to facilitate work and solve problems.
- Ability to impart product, and business knowledge, product knowledge,as well as bicycle knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills, independence, and an achiever.
- Able to work very well and cooperatively with different departments with a deep understanding of team dynamics.
Responsibility:
- Support the marketing team in gathering market intelligence and insights, competitive developments.
- Create specifications for bicycles.
- Calculate the feasibility of the bicycle.
- Carry out trials and arrange external bicycle trial.
- Carry out bicycle parts development.
2. Product Management Team
The product management team at Polygon Group is the key focal point between the business, engineering, and design teams. The team is responsible for implementing strategies, roadmaps, and features while adhering to business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Statistics.
- Proficient in communication, problem-solving, and providing workable solutions.
- Skilled in imparting product and business knowledge, particularly in the bicycle industry.
- Strong organizational skills, independent, and achievement-oriented.
- Able to work both independently and cooperatively with different departments, with a deep understanding of team dynamics.
Responsibility:
- Set the product life cycle timeline.
- Bridge communication with related parties.
- Analyze processes related to product development.
- Compile product feedback.
- Benchmark with competitor products.
3. Brand Marketing
Our team is all about spreading the word about our vision and bikes! We use our creativity to come up with fun ways to communicate what we’re all about, and we connect with people through social media, our website, and events. Our ultimate goal is to make sure everyone feels as passionate about our brand as we do.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication or Marketing Management
- Have 1-3 year(s) experience in brand marketing (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
- Have knowledge in brand management, marketing management, and advertising
- Fluent in English
- Good time management
- Passionate in sports, especially cycling
Responsibility:
- Running marketing campaign program in order to build credibility and company brand image
- Create and arrange online and offline marketing content for local and global customer to maintain brand activation
- Maintain relationship with media for press release and press conference activity
- Preparing product launching activity
- Preparing collaboration for online and offline event
- Preparing sponsorship needs with athlete or influencer
- Preparing cross branding collaboration needs with another brand
- Make collaboration regarding marketing strategy with another region representatives
4. Marketing Activation Team
Marketing activation is about putting strategies and tactics into action to realize a marketing campaign or brand initiative. A position centered on marketing activation generally encompasses various responsibilities designed to enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts across different channels and activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Business, Marketing or related field.
- Experience at least 1-2 years experience in event and partnership management. Fresh graduated are welcome to apply.
- Planning, conceptualization, execution and monitoring event. Organizing end to end events in an efficient and methodical manner.
Responsibility:
- Work together with customer experience and operation manager to gain customer point if view regarding company’s marketing program and events to create better marketing program/event based on customer needs.
- Working together with operation manager to develop marketing plan (discount, cashback, upselling, etc).
- Working together with operation manager to ensure each marketing plan executed as planned. Set marketing program objectives, success measures and detailed action plans to support overall marketing plan.
- Event execution and monitoring : manage event organizers/third parties in strategy and execution of event & brand activation projects.
- Budget : ensure efficiency or event related budget through detailed cost review and effective negotiation, maximize event ROI.
