1. Business Process, Smelting & Refining – ESD Admin Assistant

PT Applus Energi dan Industri is one of the manpower supply contractors of PT. Freeport Indonesia – Smelter

Division: Business Process, Smelting & Refining

Position Title: ESD Admin Assistant

Work Location: Gresik, East Java

Employment Type: 12-month contract based with possibility extension

The purpose of this position is:

Provides complex and diversified administrative support for PTFI Sustainable Department, which covers workflows associated with social responsibility, environmental, human rights, and responsible production.

Education background:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1/D4) in all major or Associate Degree (D3) with around 2 years working experience in general administrative role or High School Degree with around 4 years working experience in administrative role.
  • Willing to work on shift roster and weekends, as required by business needs.

Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters):

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to managing data using proper applications (Microsoft Excel and related)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaboration and able to work as a part of the team.

The key areas in which you have decision-making responsibility are:

  1. Document Control Verifying all documents related with the department are filed and managed.
  2. Service Providing adequate service level to all stakeholders.

2. Business Process, Smelting & Refining – Business Support Administrator

Position Title: Business Support Administrator

Work Location: Gresik, East Java

Employment Type: 12-month contract based with possibility extension

The purpose of this position is:

Act as a HR business partner for all departments in carrying out administrative tasks regarding employee attendance data (timesheets) which includes handling correspondence, download data, data entry and checking, to ensure recapitulation process for data of employee attendance which needed for Payroll process; including overtime and incentives. Also similar clerical tasks as may be required to ensure payroll and incentives. This position is a work contract with a validity period of 1 year.

Education background:

  • Minimum Bachelor or Diploma in Management or Accounting with related background.
  • 1-2 years of experience in handling employee timesheets management.
  • Willing to work on shift roster.

Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters):

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to managing data using proper application (Microsoft Excel and related).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaboration and able to work as part of a team.
